MISSION STATEMENT

Humble Hearts mission is to empower women by offering a safe, welcoming, comfortable place to call home which is an essential to living a life of independence. We strive to create a safe space as diverse as the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to be their full authentic selves. We offer transitional housing for clients coming out of prison, shelters, and domestic violence homes. This will be a stepping stone for individuals to live independently, We are committed to assist with a successful return and transition back to everyday living and becoming more self sufficient and confident.

Humble Hearts Outreach was created with one purpose: to help individuals with a successful transition to Independency.
Humble Hearts provides Individuals with transitional housing, basic necessities and life skills in their own shared living spaces.

We recognize that reentering the St Louis Community from jail, prison, or homelessness can be challenging and we are here to assist with that transition. We view personal growth and development as an interactive process, which includes personal and home supports, community awareness and interactions.
Big changes often happen in small steps and over time. Our homes and supports are designed to help individuals work toward personal goals and learn life and social skills to support their independence every day.
Humble Hearts provides a life of possibilities for women in transition. We support and empower the pursuit of their goals. Everything we do supports each individual on their journey to a life of happiness and fulfillment
